The sun is very bright today. I can feel it from afar.
Winter has now gone you see, so all the trees are green.
Oh what a happy day it is. I'm still here in the scene!
Hello my name is Alice! I'm a cheerful butterfly.
My wings are red & yellow & I'm flying in the sky.
I don't live in a palace, & I don't live in a zoo.
Where do you lot think I live? Come watch me as I swoon!
Sometimes I sleep in tree barks, or in bushes so divine.
& sometimes I fly round next door & fall asleep inside.
The summer is so nice this year. I think it's the best I've had,
so I'm going to cherish the moments, on this beautiful lily pad.
