The Brutal Truth - MJ Inspired

Is there darkness really coming? Well I just don't have a clue.
At the minute I feel we have come unstuck from God's own glue.

Our planet is in danger. It's no longer pure & sweet.
Can you see the state its in, or just the homeless on the streets?.
Some of us drop litter yeah, but some of us do not.
Do you think were living on a world that has no thoughts?.

Our oceans are polluted & our animals are dying.
We need to save our planet Earth before it gives up trying.

Trying to repair itself, because of the things we do.
Trying to repair itself, because of the things we pollute.

We need to find better ways, to get to our work in the mornings,
because if we don’t then we may never see another dawning.

There are diseases that we'll never cure. 
We won't stop the famine. We won't help poor.
Open your mind & open your door.
Do you see where I'm going? 

People die every second from diseases that display.
This is the brutal truth I know & we should be afraid.

What do you think some of us have become?
Careless monsters? Evil scum?

Let's look into our planet's eyes & learn to quench it's thirst.
